Payment process
1) Select water purification kettle
Browse our website, pick out your favorite water purification kettle and add it to your shopping cart.
2) View shopping cart
Click “View Cart” to enter the cart page to view the list of water purification kettle you selected and confirm the order details.
3) Checkout
Click the “Proceed to checkout” button to enter the checkout page.
4) Fill in the information
Fill in the necessary information such as the delivery address and confirm the order details.
5) Select and log in to PayPal
Select the PayPal payment option. If you already have a PayPal account, log in to your account directly. If not, you can choose to register a new account.
6) Payment successful
After the payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email and the order status will be updated to Paid.
Refund
If you return the product or cancel the order, the refund amount will be returned to your PayPal payment account within 1-2 business days. In case of holidays, the refund amount will be postponed, so please wait patiently.
